Intel drops more i5 and new i3 CPUs (aka the low-end gets Intel love again)

Intel i5 logoIntel sure has been busy these last few months, releasing desktop i5 and i7 processors a few months back and a the new “Pine Trail” netbook platform. Now they’ve dropped new CPU’s onto the market with the i3 CPU and more in the i5 line of processors. All of these processors use Intel’s new 32nm chip die, allowing for lower power requirements and less heat (important for the all-critical mobile market). GE's Santa Sleigh

Okay, so it’s not quite inside information, but this morning when I logged into my computer at work I found out that GE has signed a contract with Santa to provide a new state of the art sleigh. This is sure to impact GE’s stock price, which as of recent has been around the upper $15s.

We all know that traditionally Santa has had a rather old fashioned sleigh pulled by his reindeer, but the reindeer are getting old and so is Santa and so GE has developed mind blowing proprietary technology to solve some traditional problems. Some of the new features include OLED lighting, RFID Asset tracking (for Santa’s many gifts), and much more. Another cool thing is that most of this stuff is in development or has been developed by GE already. Take a look at the below app to learn more.

HTC Bravo Hitting the States in January. Or is it the HTC Passion?

htc_bravoIt seems as though HTC might have hit the nail on the head with their upcoming release of the new HTC Passion/Bravo. It also seems as though there is a bit of confusion from major technology blog sites Engadget and Gizmodo about the branding of the phone in the US. Engadget headlines their article, “HTC Bravo pictured more lucidly (Update: coming to US in January as HTC Passion)”, while Gizmodo’s article reads as “HTC’s Passion to be Known as Bravo in States”

Hmm… Sounds like someone got confused somewhere.
