Traveling Soon? Meet the Bing Price Predictor

3 December 2009 Commentsby: Zach Schmid

BingWith the holiday season fast approaching many of us will soon begin frantically searching the internet to find the cheapest airfare available to book that last minuet trip back home. In the past, when I’ve begun my search I’ve always went to Kayak.com . Kayak does a great job of scraping almost every airline website and sites similar to it such as Hotwire, Expedia and Travelocity. Even though I know Kayak is searching all of these sites for me, even after it gives me the best available rate, I’m still always left with the question “If I buy this ticket tomorrow will it be cheaper?â€. Up until this point there has been no easy way to answer this question without testing your luck and holding off on purchasing your ticket… until today.

Google Voice ScreenShot

So they may not be as cool as Google Wave invites these days, but we at ThruIT blog just got our hands on some invites for Google Voice. Gold vs. Chrome

10 December 2008 Commentsby: Will Kievit

The gold standard in the browser world: Internet Explorer. Some of us may want to puke in our mouths hearing that, but its true, the statistics don’t lie and according to w3schools.com, last year IE accounted for an average of 57.88% of browsers. Of course Mozilla Firefox is next in the lead at 34% and the good news is this year so far we have seen Firefox increase by at least 10%.

We have all seen Google come out with great services and success of these can even be shown by the company’s stock price of 315.76 (up 5.18% even with the current market status). Chrome currently accounts for 3.1% of the market and that is just while it is in its beta stage. That is more then Apple’s Safari (2.7%), which has been released for a good deal of time now.

9 December 2008 Commentsby: Will Kievit

Google, the company that seems to think of everything, has always been lacking something… a to-do list feature. Having to use another website for a to-do list or emailing your to-do list to yourself isnt really practical and its really something that needed to be added to either Google’s mail or calendar applications.
Quick Overview:
